The 9th Annual Global Bars Day

You are warmly invited to join us for a day of gifting and receiving on the 9th Annual Global Bars Day. The day is being hosted by Hazel Lawson of Curves Elgin. Hazel has very kindly opened her beautiful studio which has plenty of space for us to use and offer the Access Bars Taster sessions here. It is not far from the railway station as well as ample parking.
We are providing a 30-minute Access Bars Taster session where you can just lie back, snuggled up in a blanket and a practitioner will gently touch places on your head (the Bars). Each person receives the Bars session differently, the common thread being a sense of deep relaxation and ease…often a reduction of anxiety, stress, and pain.
The Access Bars treatment is a shift in energy that is keeping you stuck, so when it becomes unstuck it acts as a ripple effect through your life and to everyone you know. It helps stop the mind from running wild. After just one session, it can effectively erase everything your brain doesn’t need to leave you with a calm and clear mind.
When certain people or things would put me in situations that I didn’t like, I used to get very angry and react to however the person or situation showed itself. After having my Bars run for the first time, I no longer fell into that situation and was quite happy and astonished to see that I didn’t rise to the trigger. It’s absolutely an amazing technique that everyone should have in their toolbox!
We will have a few videos on Access Consciousness Bars throughout the morning where you are most welcome to come and watch. At 3.30 pm UK time, we will connect with Houston and join Gary Douglas, Founder of Access Consciousness, and Dr. Dain Heer, Co-Founder of Access Consciousness, for a live stream event. Children are VERY welcome.
If you are not an Access Bars Practitioner and have never taken a Bars class, the cost is £30.00. If you have taken a Bars class and are an Access Bars Practitioner, the cost is £15.00.
